  • Refunds: If you cancel a transaction, you are entitled to a full refund within 5 days, though you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Inspection: You have a reasonable opportunity to examine goods upon delivery to ensure they conform to the contract before being deemed to have accepted them.
