Refund & Returns Policy – Electromart Uganda

At Electromart Uganda, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a clear and transparent returns and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not working properly

  • The item delivered is incorrect (wrong product)

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

  • We also accept returns for both Defective and Non Defective goods with terms and conditions apply.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products marked as final sale or clearance (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return

  3. Our team will review and guide you on the next steps

Approved returns may require the item to be picked up or returned to an agreed location.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • If the returned item is confirmed defective or incorrect

  • If the item is unavailable after order confirmation

Refunds will be issued via:

  • Mobile Money, or

  • Any agreed method with the customer

Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after approval.

5. Exchange Option

Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund if the same product is available.

6. Delivery Charges

  • All our products are at a free shipping 

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at any time

8. Damaged Items on Delivery

Customers are advised to check items at the time of delivery.
If an item is damaged or incorrect, report immediately to our delivery agent or contact us within 7 days.
